- Shimano Rowing Dynamics will accept returns of original Shimano rowing foot stretchers and rowing shoes only
- All Shimano Rowing Dynamics equipment must be new and in the original box/packaging
- Shoes and cleats must not be assembled or worn

Locate your original order number from your order confirmation slip (top right corner):
- Place Shimano Rowing Dynamics equipment back in the shipping box and enclose a copy of your original order slip.
- Please note on the slip:

- Reason for Return (incorrect size, incorrect item, etc)
- Secure outer shipping carton and ship to:
