Return Policy

  • Shimano Rowing Dynamics will accept returns of original Shimano rowing foot stretchers and rowing shoes only
  • All Shimano Rowing Dynamics equipment must be new and in the original box/packaging
  • Shoes and cleats must not be assembled or worn

Please follow these steps to complete your return and receive a full refund for your purchase:

    1. Locate your original order number from your order confirmation slip (top right corner):

    2. Place Shimano Rowing Dynamics equipment back in the shipping box and enclose a copy of your original order slip.
      1. Please note on the slip:
        1. Order Number
        2. Reason for Return (incorrect size, incorrect item, etc)
    3. Secure outer shipping carton and ship to:

    4. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your return to be fully processed and credited to your account.
